The Master Cleanser Diet

The natural remedies on this website are never intended as an alternative to medical advice from your doctor or other professional healthcare provider.

The formula in the Master Cleanser Diet does taste like lemonade, initially and especially if you really need it for your health. Besides your liver functions stopping, you can tell you need the Master Cleanser Diet if, when you look at your tongue in the mirror, it looks like it’s covered in a white “coat.” Right there at the end of the 20 days it didn’t taste good any more and my tongue was more toward a pink/red color, and that’s  when I knew I’d done the diet long enough for it to do its work. You can still buy this book at many natural food stores.  The  Master Cleanser Diet by Stanley Burroughs.

Another part of the Master Cleanser Diet: at the beginning of each day drink approximately 25-35 ounces of filtered or purified water with 1 teaspoon of sea salt mixed in and at the end of each day while on the Master Cleanser diet, drink a cup of hot tea, preferably Smooth Move or some other gentle laxative tea.  You will almost immediately notice the cleansing effect to your inner body and will be releasing a lot of toxins. So don’t leave the house for 1 to 1 1/2 hours because you will need to be close to a toilet.  If you have problems with salt, you can use a gentle laxative tea like Smooth Move. These are the basic instructions for the optional ingredients.

You can get these types of teas in most grocery stores these days. You can also mix the lemonade diet with tea and drink the mixture together, but I always just drank the diet straight.  Salt flush in the morning and laxative tea in the evening before bed.

To get you started, here is the recipe for the Master Cleanser Diet.  This is a Single Serving, so you can mix some up and taste it.  It is supposed to be good for detoxification in general…not just for Hep C.

  • 2 tablespoons organic lemon juice (about 1/2 lemon)
  • 2 tablespoons organic grade B maple syrup
  • 1/10 teaspoon Cayenne pepper powder
  • 10 ounces purified/spring water

I usually make my Master Cleanser Diet by the gallon, so I don’t have to mix it each day.  Here is the formula:

  • 8 organic lemons
  • 2 cups of organic grade B maple syrup
  • 1 and 3/5 teaspoons of cayenne pepper powder
  • 128 oz. purified/spring water

More detailed information for the lemonade diet and the procedure is in the Master Cleanser Diet by Stanley Burroughs. You can find this book at Sprouts Farmer’s Market if you have one available or online if you do not.

To your greatest success!
